The place was modest and comfortable and restaurant was nice. Thanks to the VERY HELPFUL staff everything was very comfortable, including a wide range of fab food. The booked room was nicely decorated and silent with clean bathroom. Truly enjoyed cafe bar and its warm drinks.

The price was good for the location we wanted -- only a short walk from the Termini Station.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Termini Station, and made exploring the city very convenient. The staff were cordial, always available to assist and provide recommendations.
Bathroom was quite small.

Small and friendly hotel located near the central station of Rome - Termini. Breakfast is at the bar next to hotel - only coffee and croissant. If there is a price discount is worth the stay.

Friendly staff that is available 24 hours a day, clean room and often change of towels, fridge available. Good location: close to metro station, restaurant close by.
Lot of street noise (temporarily?).

The main thing that stood out was the location, just a short walk to the train station. The morning staff at the front desk provided helpful advice on nearby restaurants and things to do, which I appreciated. The room had some unique Italian charm, and I particularly enjoyed the small terrace for a morning coffee. I faced issues with the air conditioning-it didn't work , made the heat unbearable. I also noticed that the shower had a problem, as it leaked into the bathroom. Another downside was the lack of cleanliness. I found the bathroom not up to standard, and we only received towel changes once during a four-night stay. The overall vibe was nice, but with these inconveniences, I wouldn't stay here again unless improvements are made.

Very central, just View minutes from central Station but far enough to be in a nice neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Room service and fresh towels every day. Cooffe and biscuit for breakfast at a cafe in the same building.
Cannot think of anything negative.

The hotel was very cheap. The room was warm and very clean, the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were polite and friendly. :)
The TV was very small and high up with only CNN to watch.

Staying at this hotel with my large family was quite enjoyable! The location was spot on, just a quick stroll to popular spots. We loved the quick access to local eateries-definitely a plus for hungry kids after a busy day.
My kids wished there were better privacy options in the bathroom.

The rooms were clean and neat. Something we did not expect since it was quite cheap for Rome. Breakfast was always included and was available in a cute cafe next door. The location was unbeatable, walking distance to Roma Termini the main station from where one could reach every site in Rome.
The staff, especially the italians tend to be subtly arrogant and not very courteous. One would expect a bit more friendliness towards tourists since afterall they are a major source of income for Rome.

Great location just 10 mins walk to the Termini train and bus station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English (my Italian is pretty basic). Our room had airconditioning and wifi, which were great. While on the small side, it was pretty good value for money in Rome, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that breakfast (at the cafe downstairs) was included. While the bathroom was pretty small, the shower was good. There were also a lot of great-value restaurants nearby and a large supermarket just around the corner.
